AWE is a Melbourne based music agency specialises in digital artists. The core logo plays with the convergence of analogue music (represented as rough, hand drawn) and digital music (smooth, precise vectors).

Where art form and the technically aligned meet and paper and stationery design is such platform. During 2006 and 2007 I was the core designer for a small firm applying my illustration skills, pattern design and prepress knowledge to create elegant stationery for the Australian market. My line of designs is still available.

Applied Aged Care Solutions

Legibility is sine qua non in corporate design and the revamp of Applied Aged Care Solutions stationery improved in such manner that it also incorporating the nature of the company by imparting a friendlier look and feel. Some of the new amendments were integrating curves into the design, being mindful of white space and clarity in typographic hierarchy.

The multiple association of music is nuanced by the abstractness of the ideogram. It is complemented with a friendly typeface that is organic and legible, yet playful. A range of colours were chosen to reflect the radio’s diverse programme.

This campaign also contains one divergence logo. A strong graphic relationship between the parent and child brand is evident and like its parent, the ideogram is a visual representation the genre of the programme/event.
